Core Stat Stick
Blob is your biggest guy and there is nothing quite like him.
Mockingbird rewards you for playing generated cards, so play them out even if you don’t have her in hand unless they net negative. Her cube equity is quite high as it can be quite difficult for your opponent to play around combinations of cards in a 24 card deck filled with random cards. On the other hand, playing generated cards on board can put pressure on your opponent, causing them to make suboptimal play or even retreat when you don’t have her in hand.
Mulligan
The deck can be inconsistent at times due to its sheer deck size. Coulson and Loki are here to subsidize that and serve as your mulligan embracing generated cards.
Mirror Breaker
Loki is the best mirror tech as you are able to steal your own deck at a cheaper cost. As opposed to mockingbird, you are incentivized to save your mediocre card for Loki if you have Loki in hand and plan to use him, that is. He is usually snap worthy in the mirror, especially if you have Coulson in hand.
Tech Cards
Having generated cards that fill out your curve with Blob and Mockingbird as your top end, you are incentivized to maximize the rest of your deck with tech cards. In fact, the inclusion of Shang chi, Rogue, Echo, Alioth and Leech actually makes your deck favor into Darkhawk , who is supposed to be your natural predator, as it is impossible to play around all of them simultaneously.
Locations Tech
Nocturne and legion are your tools to deal with Magik decks, but they are also powerful cards with scam potential in their own right.
